FAST Gym in Downingtown took their facility to the next level by installing a hypobaric chamber. Walk into the enclosure and you have just arrived at 13,000 feet above sea level. That is like going to Denver, then going that height again, then adding another half mile to that. Athletes train in these environments to enhance their endurance. The chamber could only house a few pieces of equipment and they chose the Freedom Climber because of the whole body workout it gives and because our footprint is so small. Matt, their lead trainer, says it is by far the one piece of equipment that challenges him most in his own personal regiments.
