A common problem with fitness equipment is that it often remains nothing more that “equipment”. We realized that even though the Freedom Climber is a great piece of equipment and provides a unique set of physiological benefits, it is when an individual is guided through a deliberate sequence of exercises associated with the Freedom Climber that the most benefit is realized.
“Elevated Fitness” is a certification program that qualifies personal trainers to guide others through the Freedom Climber experience.
The program is developed around the following four exercise modalities:
1. Rotational climbing
2. Vertical training
3. Suspension training
4. Resistance training
The first two videos below briefly demonstrate some of the elements of “Elevated Fitness”. The third video explains how to climb on the Freedom Climber.
